Creating A Snap Wallet
- Please visit the SnapBots website and click on the Login Button at the top right.
- Select the Create New Account Option.
- Following which fill all the required fields with the phone number, email address and password that you are using for the account.
Note: The password has to be at least 8 characters long with at least 1 Uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter and 1 special character.
Note: If you have been referred by a friend, please fill in the Referral Code field. - Click Sign Up, and an email will be sent to the email address for verification.
- After clicking the link sent within the email, you have successfully created your SnapBots account, as well as your Snap Wallet.
How to Enable 2FA
2FA is a second factor authentication that protects your account from unauthorised access, by having a second layer of authentication present before allowing certain actions to be carried out.
- To enable 2FA for your SnapBots dashboard, proceed to the menu on the left side of the screen and click on Settings, and select the 2FA Setting option.
- Click the Click to Enable Button.
- Download the Google Authenticator App from the Appstore.
- Either Scan the QR code shown on the screen, or enter the provided key.
- Key in the verification code and select Verify.
- After enabling 2FA, log out and log in at least once for 2FA to take effect.
Note: The password has to be at least 8 characters long with at least 1 Uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter and 1 special character.
Resetting 2FA
Should one be locked out of the account and have 2FA activated, you can select Contact Us and send us a message, or email us at [email protected]
How to Deposit into the Snap Wallet
- Within the selection menu, on the left of the screen, select Dashboard.
The Dashboard displays the following
- The current SNAP value per coin currency
- The available coin options that investors can use in purchasing SNAP
- The quick overview of how many SNAP the user has earned
- To Deposit any available coin currency into the wallet, select the Deposit button under that currency’s tab.
- From your external crypto coin wallet, make a deposit to the SNAP wallet.
Note: To buy cryptocurrency, go to cryptoswop.io. For a list of credible cryptocurrency platforms, reach out to SnapBots support. - Proceed to do either of the following options.
- Scan the QR code as shown on screen.
- Input the Deposit Address as shown within the box
Note: Make sure to only send the correct corresponding coin as selected in step 2, to ensure no potential loss of any coins.
- Complete the transaction from your external crypto coin wallet.
Purchasing Snap Tokens
- Within the selection menu, on the left of the screen, select Dashboard.
- Select the appropriate SWAP button under the corresponding crypto coin’s tab for the crypto coin that you want to be converted to SNAP.
- On the right hand dropdown, select SNAP.
- Key in the Amount of crypto coins that you want swapped for SNAP.
- Enter the Authorisation Code as per the 2FA.
If you have any queries regarding the set up of 2FA, refer to the section of How to Set up 2FA, above. - Within the selection menu, on the left of the screen, select Reports, and choose conversion report.
- When the status of the operation changes from PENDING to APPROVED, the conversion of the crypto coin to SNAP is successful.
Note: The SNAP and Crypto coins will be credited and deducted respectively by the next day.
How to view Deposits and Balance
- Within the selection menu, on the left of the screen, select Reports.
- Select Deposit Report. This screen displays the Deposit Report page.
- Select Balance Report. This screen displays the balance across all currencies in the wallet.
How to Withdraw Crypto from Snap
- Within the selection menu, on the left of the screen, select Dashboard.
- Select the appropriate Withdrawal button under the corresponding crypto coin’s tab for the crypto coin that you want to have withdrawn.
- Select the dropdown and choose the coin that you want withdrawn.
- Fill in the required amount to be withdrawn.
- Input the external wallet’s address.
- Enter the Authorisation Code as per the 2FA.
If you have any queries regarding the set up of 2FA, refer to the section of How to Set up 2FA, above. - Within the selection menu, on the left of the screen, select Reports, and choose Withdrawal Report.
- When the status of the operation changes from PENDING to APPROVED, the withdrawal of the crypto coin from the Snap Wallet is successful.
Note: The crypto coins will be credited to two days after the request is made.

Changing the Password

- Select Change Password.
- Enter the old password.
- Enter the new password.
- Re-enter the new password in the Confirm New Password field.

Resetting the Password
- Please visit the SnapBots website and click on the Login Button at the top right.
- Click Forget Password Button.
- Enter the e-mail address linked to your SnapBots account.
- Select Recover. The system sends a Password reset link to the specified email address.
- From your email, select the Reset Password button.
- Fill out the fields and click Change Password.
The password has thus been changed, and you can re-log in to SnapBots again.
What is the Criteria for Receiving Referral Bonus?
For the Referral Bonus to be awarded, the following criteria have to be met.
- Referee's KYC is approved (IC, selfie, phone number, email address) [You may refer to the KYC section to find out more]
- Referrer must deposit the minimum amount to the Snap Wallet, before being eligible to refer others.
- Referral Rewards will be credited after KYC is approved. However, withdrawal of Referral Rewards can only be done after 6 months.

What is KYC and how to do it?
SnapBots needs to ensure that you are genuinely who you claim to be, and that our services are not misused. Thus, your KYC is required for your account if you would like to withdraw more than 1,000 USDT equivalent of cryptocurrencies.

How do I stake?
Is the staking program risk-free?
All types of staking is associated with risks. The rates shown on the Staking page of your Snap wallet is based on historical rates and, therefore, does not guarantee future rewards.
Users must stake only what they can afford. Please note that this is NOT a risk-free staking. Users must accept the terms and conditions that acknowledge potential losses.

Our Service
SnapBots offers digital assets wallet service where users can hold different digital assets to receive trading rewards with their minimum deposit.
SnapBots also provides digital assets wallet with a staking plan. The purpose of staking is to verify the transactions and maximize the trading performance of the strategies that are performed by the bots. Each strategy can be run by a bot or a group of bots. All strategies have their Staking Rewards Structure (SRS). Thus, our community users can have different SRS in different cryptocurrency and holding periods (“Staking Period”), which may include strategies such as no-stake, Cradle, Ayers, Silk (“Strat”). Each Strat you establish will be separate from each Staked plan you establish and will hold only one type of cryptocurrency and one fixed period. In that way, the interest calculation for each of these Strategies will be done separately based on the cryptocurrency in the specific staking period. You can also choose not to stake your cryptocurrency to get lowest rewards rate. You may have multiple active Strategies at a given time.-
1. Explanation of Service Terms
Transfer: User may transfer any cryptocurrency (a form of Digital Assets) supported by SnapBots(as displayed on the Website(Snapbots.io) and as shall be revised from time to time).
Staking or Staked Plan: User may stake a certain amount of an agreed digital asset in the SNAP Reserve. After, the staked digital asset will be locked until the maturity.
Maturity: The time period at which the reward gain from the Strat becomes payable to the User staking on the digital asset.
Minimum Balance to Open: Each Staked Plan will have a minimum balance that is required to open the Staked Plan, which will be disclosed to User when User requests the Staked Plan.
Rewards Accrual or Accrued Rewards: The Principal will start accruing rewards on the day after User establishes the Staked Plan and fund the Staked Plan with Digital Assets from the relevant wallet in User Wallet App. Rewards will not be compounded. Accrued rewards interest will be paid in the same Digital Assets as the Principal and credited to the relevant wallet in User Wallet App only after the maturity date. This account requires the distribution of rewards and does not allow rewards to remain in the account. If User terminate the Staked Plan before rewards are credited, certain percentage of rewards will be deducted from rewards, therefore, the User may only receive partial accrued rewards.
Balance Computation Method: We use the weekly-balance method to calculate the rewards on User Staked Plan. This method applies a weekly periodic rate to the Staked Plan each weekly (which is credited to User Wallet App after the maturity date).
Early Withdrawal: User shall be allowed to terminate a Staked Plan before the maturity date of the Staked Plan. If the User chooses to terminate the stake plan before the maturity date, User may only receive partial accrued rewards after the deduction of certain percentage from rewards.
Auto-Renewal: On the maturity date of User’s Fixed Term, User understand and agree that the Principal will be automatically renewed, prior to the early agreement of the auto-renewal.
Auto-Withdrawal: On the maturity date of User’s Fixed Term, User’s rewards will be auto-withdrawing to user’s wallet prior to early agreement of the auto-withdrawal.
Minimum Balance to Earn Rewards: User must maintain a minimum balance each day in Strategies to earn rewards for that Strategies. For the applicable minimum balance, please refer to the details of the Staked Plan set out in the User Wallet App. If there is any change in such minimum balance, we will notify User in written format.
Cradle: One of the staking strategies.
Ayers: One of the staking strategies.
Silk: One of the staking strategies.
Strategies: We use several staking strategies with different staking periods and rewards accrual. These strategies include Cradle, Ayers, and Silk. Strategies are subjected to be added or edited by SnapBots with notification. -
2. Ownership and Intellectual Property
The SnapBots owns all proprietary rights in the Service which include the domain (“https://SnapBots.io”), marketing materials such as logos, color schemes, design, and also, but not limited to, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, service marks, development practices, proprietary software, and other intellectual property rights. You as a Client is obligated to respect all intellectual property of the SnapBots mentioned above, which are protected by law.

3. Use License
You are allowed to use our Service as it is provided by the SnapBots, without any modifications to the software or the Service that we provide. It’s restricted to modify any software created by Our Company without any prior notice, and it’s also restricted to extract and use source code which was created by the SnapBots. You shall not perform any unlawful actions against the Service, that may create a huge load on our infrastructure interfering the normal work of the Service; attempt to bypass or circumvent any security mechanisms, gain unauthorized access to any type of our computer systems, conduct any activities that may disrupt the work of the Service, run malicious code such as worms, trojans, crypto jacking software and other types of the viruses against the Service, including, but not limited to, computer networks or computer systems. It's also prohibited to launch any software (“crawlers”, “spiders”, “auto-responders”) or devices on the Service, that will automatically or manually collect any data on the Website or will spam on the Service. The “Use License” automatically voids in case an Individual violates the aforementioned rules, and shortly his/her account gets suspended. - You have the experience and risk tolerance of using the service, and have the experience and knowledge to invest in non-guaranteed digital currency products;
- In order to use the Service, you have the ability to perform operations on the Internet;
- This Agreement does not conflict with the laws of your country or region, and you promise that you will comply with the laws of your country or region;
- You are the legal owner of the digital assets in your SnapBots wallet account.

- You may suffer from the risks associated to the inability to trade the staked digital assets. You are willing to bear the funding risks and potential financial losses caused by staking;
- The expected monthly/annual rewards percentage and max drawdown percentage displayed on SnapBots website is the theoretical estimation based on historical performance instead of the actual rewards or drawdown you will get from staking. The actual rewards may vary from the expected rewards. Your final rewards amount will be computed based on the actual rewards or drawdown you received. SnapBots will deduct any cost, fees, and expenses related to the operation of Staking (including but not limited to the server fees, electricity fees, etc.) as well as the handling fees for Staking from your actual rewards of Staking to determine your final rewards amount. SnapBots does not make any guarantee or promise to the actual rewards amount that you may receive;
- High price fluctuations of digital assets and their derivatives may cause significant or total losses in a short period of time;
- Technical anomalies may occur, which may delay or prevent you from using the service or performing related transactions and result in losses of your digital assets;
- Market anomalies may occur, which may result in losses of your digital assets;
- In order to maintain the overall health of the market, SnapBots is required to add, remove, or change the policies, the terms of this Agreement or other relevant service agreements or terms from time to time. Such behavior may benefit or harm individual customers like you.

- By using the Service, The Customer acknowledge that he/she have read and understood the Special Terms.
- After receiving service from the applicable exchange partner, the records of the applicable the Customer’s transaction and the information of the applicable transaction is saved in blockchain, but SnapBots shall have the absolute and full right to cancel any Customer’s transaction at any time, at its sole discretion. In the event that prior to such cancellation a cryptocurrency has already been transferred by the Customer to the applicable exchange partner, SnapBots shall make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that such exchange partners a refund to the Customer, to the wallet address provided by The Customer in advance (if applicable), less any applicable blockchain transaction fees. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that time shall not be of the essence for the purposes hereof and SnapBots does not warrant or guarantee timely delivery and shall not be liable to The Customer for any delays in providing the refund.
- If the balance of The Customer’s payment card is refused by the bank, and the funds consideration is transferred back to the exchange partner, it is the absolute and exclusive responsibility of The Customer to communicate with the exchange partner in connection with an alternative mechanism to transfer the funds consideration to The Customer. In no event shall The Customer be entitled to receive back the cryptocurrency transferred to the exchange partner.
- SnapBots is not responsible for any other third-party services or any other Customer’s services and not responsible or involved in any of such services or transactions. SnapBots is not responsible for any loss that may result from The Customer or any other Customer’s use of service, any exchanges or third party services and for any subsequent use of any cryptocurrency deposit or transfers through SnapBots services, including third party content displayed, maintained, transmitted or linked by or in connection with SnapBots service.
- SnapBots is absolutely not in any way endorsing any application, product, good, service or advertisement which may be mentioned or otherwise presented or linked on, through and/or in connection with the service, including for any exchange, third party services and/or cryptocurrency.
- SnapBots is absolutely not responsible for any content, exchange rate, quality, reliability, usability, or the level of the service provided by the exchange and will not be liable for any damages or losses whatsoever arising from or in connection with the use or inability to use any goods or services offered by and/or through the exchange, including by the other Customers of the service.
- The Customer acknowledges and absolutely agrees to take all responsibility, also all the risks for using any third-party service.

The Customer hereby represents and warrants that:
- The execution of the Special Terms does not and will not violate any other agreement or contract to which the Customer is bound or any law, rule, regulation, order or judgment to which The Customer is subject to.
- The Customer will not infringe or violate any of the Special Terms.
- The Customer possesses the legal authority to enter into these Special Terms and to enter into a legally binding agreement under any applicable law, to use the Service in accordance with these Special Terms, and to fully perform Customer obligations hereunder in accordance with these Special Terms.
- If The Customer connects to, accesses or uses the Service on behalf of an entity or any third party, The Customer represent and warrant that The Customer are duly authorised under any applicable law to represent such entity or third party in connection with these Special terms and to commit it to be bound by these Special terms, and hereby make all representations and warranties herein on both The Customer and its behalf.
- The Customer possesses the knowledge and judgment necessary to decide whether to use the Service or otherwise engage with other Customers of the Service.
- The Customer acknowledge that he/she is solely responsible for complying with applicable laws regarding use of the Service, or any other interaction and/or transaction The Customer makes through or in connection with the Service, including the determination of whether a transaction made through or following The Customer’s use of the Service complies with the Special Terms or the jurisdictions and laws applicable to The Customer and all other parties of The Customer’s engagement.
- The Customer will not rely on SnapBots and fully understand that SnapBots does not provide any endorsement, support, representation or guarantee regarding the accuracy, reliability, truthfulness, legality or completeness of any goods, services, information or content that may be available to The Customer in connection with the exchange partner, including with respect to any cryptocurrency.
- The Customer is obliged to independently receive the appropriate professional advice (including legal, accounting, commercial and any other advice) to protect his/her interests. The Customer acknowledges that there is no professional relationship (including any attorney-client or advisor-advisee relationship) between The Customer and SnapBots or any other Customers, unless The Customer and any such User specifically agree otherwise, and that The Customer may not solely or fundamentally rely on any information, content or any features that The Customer finds on or through the Service, unless The Customer and any such User specifically agree otherwise.
- The Customer acknowledges that there are risks in using the Service and/or connecting and/or dealing with other Customers and/or any exchange partner, through or in connection with the Service, and that SnapBots cannot and does not guarantee any specific outcomes from such use, interactions and/or transactions, and The Customer hereby assumes all such risks, liabilities and/or harm of any kind arising in connection with and/or resulting from such use, interactions and/or transactions. Such risks may include, among others, misrepresentation of information about and/or by any exchanges, goods, services and/or other Customers, breach of warranty and/or contract, violation of rights and any consequent claims.

- SnapBots does not warrant or make any representations regarding the use, the inability to use or operate, or the results the use or operations of the Service.
- SnapBots service, including without limitation any content, data and information related thereto, are provided on an “as is” basis and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of status or non-infringement or implied warranties of use, including without limitation, the quality of products and services provided by the third party services and/or exchange partners.
- SnapBots, officers, directors, shareholders, employees, partners, parent companies are not responsible for usability, accuracy, quality, availability, reliability, suitability, completeness, trustfulness, usefulness, or effectiveness of any content, data, results, or other information obtained related to the services provided by the third party services and/or exchange partners.
- SnapBots does not endorse any legal entity, product or service mentioned on the service or made available in connection with the service, including any third-party services and exchanges using the service.
- SnapBots does not warrant that third-party services and exchange services is or will be secure, accurate, complete, uninterrupted, without error, or free of viruses, worms, other harmful components, or other program limitation.
- The Customer agrees and acknowledges that the use of the service, including the transfer of any payment or cryptocurrency through the service and Customer use of the exchange and cryptocurrencies through an exchange service, is entirely, or otherwise to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. The Customer fully acknowledges and agrees to assume all risks associated with the use of the service.
- SnapBots is not responsible for any charges or fees using the third-party services and or fees of third-party exchange services.
- SnapBots not responsible for any damages and losses, including direct or indirect resulting from arsing the service using the third-party services and exchange services.

Restrictions:
- There are certain actions that are strictly prohibited in relation to the Service. The Customer should read carefully, because failure to comply with the provisions of this terms may lead to termination of access to the Service, and may also result in civil and/or criminal liability.
- Actions regarding the SnapBots website that are strictly prohibited:
- Copy, modify, create derivative works, adapt, emulate, translate any part of the content of the Service, including any information, materials and data available on the Service without the prior written consent of SnapBots;
- Create a browser or limited environment around the Service and/or content, links, also embedded links, to elements of the Service, such as images, posters and videos, and/or create or reflect any part of the Service, unless expressly permitted in accordance with this Special Terms;
- Intervene or violate the right of any other Customer to privacy or other rights, as well collect personal information about visitors or users of the Service without their consent, including using any other methods for retrieving, indexing or collecting data;
- Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten and/or violate in any way the legal rights of other visitors of the website or other Customers;
- Use and/or display the Service (or any part of Service) in relation to any product or service that in itself and/or contains any information or content that may be deemed offensive, harassing, threatening, hateful or conducive promoting antisocial behaviour, promoting the tobacco industry or the arms industry, obscene, libellous or racial, sexual, religious or otherwise objectionable, offensive and/or violating any legal rights of others and/or availability of the content or any reference to SnapBots and/or Service may be perceived as detrimental to the reputation of the SnapBots or actually calls into question the Service;
- Transmit, distribute, display or otherwise provide through the Service or in connection with it any content that may violate the rights of third parties, including intellectual property rights and privacy rights, or which may contain any illegal content;
- Impersonating any natural or legal person or providing false information about the Service, directly or indirectly;

- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service, or the servers or networks that host the Service or make the Service available, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies, or regulations of such servers or networks;
- Sell, license or commercialize any use or access to the Content and/or Service;
- Use the Service for and/or in connection with any form of spam or similar behavior;

- SnapBots and all logos and other proprietary identifiers used by SnapBots in connection with the Service are all trademarks and/or trade names of SnapBots, whether or not registered.
- All other trademarks, service marks, trade names and logos which may appear on or with respect to the Service belong to their respective owners. Customers and visitors should avoid using any of those marks, unless expressly permitted herein.
- Customer and visitors are further prohibited from using, diluting or staining any name, mark or logo that is identical, or confusingly similar to any of SnapBots marks and logos, whether registered or not.

- The Customer further acknowledges and agrees that SnapBots shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss whatsoever caused, or alleged to be caused, by or in connection with use of or reliance on any goods, services, content, products or other materials available on or through any third party providers. Most third-party providers provide legal documents, including terms of use and privacy policy, governing the use of each such third-party providers, their contents and services. SnapBots encourages the Customer to read these legal documents carefully before using any such third-party providers.

The Service availability and functionality depend on various factors, such as networks, software, hardware, SnapBots service providers and contractors, and such third-party providers carrying the Service. SnapBots does not warrant or guarantee that the service will operate and/or be available at all times without disruption or interruption, or that it will be immune from unauthorized access.

SnapBots take the right to modify, correct and make any other changes to, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service including all rewarding programs without any notice, at any time. Referral Program:
- SnapBots offers rewards program including affiliates and ambassadors for The Customer. The Customer hereby agrees to comply with rewards program policies and guideline which are defined by SnapBots.
- The Customer must use user account’s unique referral URL to participate in program.
- SnapBots without further notice and Company shall not be obligated to pay any rewards related to the breach of this clause. Examples of inconsistent marketing include, but are not limited to:
- Offensive words, profanity, sexual content or hateful content; or,
- Association with illegal marketing schemes such as pyramid schemes, Ponzi schemes or other forms of marketing banned in any jurisdiction; or,
- Implying that SnapBots are securities (e.g. stocks, bonds, etc.);or,
- Suggestions that purchasers will gain any rights with respect to Company; or,
- Association with spamming or illegal activities; or,
- Defamatory content.
- The Customer will be responsible for all taxes, fees and levies associated with the transfer of rewards from SnapBots, not limited to SNAP tokens to account. Regardless of the jurisdiction in which they arise, and are cautioned to seek independent legal counsel.
- The Customer hereby agrees that they may not use advertisements, copy, text, images or any other content that is inconsistent with Company’s marketing efforts, as determined by Company in its sole discretion. Any anticipated or actual breach of this clause shall entitle Company to terminate your SnapBots account without further notice and Company shall not be obligated to pay any rewards related to the breach of this clause.
- The Customer must use unique URL on their user account and The Customer will only receive rewards for registrations completed by unique URL on user account.

Indemnification:
- The Customer hereby agrees that except as explicitly provided otherwise herein, upon delivery of the cryptocurrency purchased or sold by The Customer from or to the exchange partner, as the case may be, The Customer will not be entitled to any credit or refund and all such purchases and sales are final. SnapBots obligations towards to The Customer will be absolutely discharged upon delivery of the cryptocurrency to The Customer (in case of a buy transaction), or the consideration for the cryptocurrency to The Customer (in case of a sell transaction), as the case may be, and The Customer shall have no claim or right against SnapBots upon such delivery.
- The Customer further agrees that any funds or other assets which he/she has deposited with an Exchange and/or which you are entitled to from and/or through such Exchange may be set off by either the Exchange and/or SnapBots and used as collateral in order to secure the fulfilment of your obligations herein.
- In addition, The Customer hereby agrees that any payment to be made by him/her with respect to the Service which is not made by its due date shall bear interest thereon at the maximum rate permitted by law at the time payment is due, computed from the original due date until paid, and that The Customer shall be liable to pay any payments or fees arising from such late payments.

Amendments to the terms:
SnapBots may change the Terms from time to time, at its sole discretion and without any notice, including the Privacy Policy. Substantial changes of these Terms will be first notified on the Service. The Customer agrees and acknowledges that SnapBots does not assume any responsibility nor liability with respect to, or in connection with the termination of the Service and/or loss of any data.
